Former Eastern Kentucky Resident Accused of Murder For Hire
Kimberly Ousley, 48, formerly of Johnson County was apprehended in Michigan and jailed in lieu of a $ 500,000 bond as she is accused of attempting to hire an undercover cop to kill her husband , 53 year-old Tracey Ousley.
Tracey Ousley was notified of the plot to have him killed . Tracey was staying in Floyd County to take care of his terminally ill father.
Kimberly Ousley has pleaded not guilty.
Records show that she doesn’t have a criminal history.
If convicted she could face life in prison.
