Eastern Kentucky Prison Remains Under Lockdown.
The Big Sandy Federal Prison in Martin County remains under lockdown as officials continue to investigate a shooting.
Prison officials say two inmates were attacking another prisoner and they wouldn’t stop after guards tried to break them up. When a warning shot was fired the bullet hit an inmate.
That inmate continues to recover at a local hospital.
