Virgie Man Files Complaint Aginst KSP Trooper
Arnold Coleman of Virgie has filed a complaint against Kentucky State Trooper Adam Hall, who lives in Letcher County.
Coleman claims the trooper shot and killed his two hunting dogs, after their loud barking kept him awake. Coleman said he lost the dogs while coon hunting and a dog tracking system led him to a place near the trooper's home.
Police say there is an ongoing investigation. Coleman said the dogs had trailed a raccoon to a tree near Hall's home and they were trained to stay there until the owner arrives.
