Toddler Apparnetly Drowns
An 18-month boy has apparently drowned in Letcher County. Officials have not yet released the circumstances surrounding his death. It appears it happened in Jenkins.
Police do not suspect foul play. The child was identified as Curtis Wayne Anderson III.
