Teenager To Appear In Bell County Court
The 17-year old driver of the vehicle that deliberately rammed the cruiser of Bell County Deputy Sheriff Sean Pursifull, will now face murder charges. David Poppiti, will appear in Bell County Circuit Court today.
A 16-year old passenger in the car, who was also originally charged with murder, had his charges reduced to complicity to commit murder.
