One Million Dollars Bond For Teenager
David Poppiti, 17, who is charged with murder in the death of Bell County Sheriff's Deputy Sean Pursifull, appeared in court and pled "not guilty".
He is being held on a one million dollars cash bond and will appear back in court on May 19. A grand jury indicted him last week. He is accused of deliberately ramming the Pursifull cruiser.
