KSP Highway Fatalities Report
Eleven people died in eleven separate crashes on Kentucky's roadways las week. Ten of the fatalities were traveling in motor vehicles, and eight of those were not wearing seat belts.
Through April 6, statistics indicate 186 people lost their lives this year. That is eight less than reported for the same time period in 2007. A total of 39 fatalities have resulted from crashes involving the suspected use of alcohol.
