WV State Police Kill McDowell County Man After He Brandished Gun
The West Virginia State Police in McDowell County continue to investigate a weekend incident in which a state trooper shot and killed a man inside of his home after he pointed a gun at troopers.
James R. Creech, 41, of Roderfield was shot and killed in his bedroom after police were called to check on a domestic dispute.
The victim also threatened family members with the gun.
