Three Enter Guilty Pleas In Mingo County Circuit Court.
Mingo County Circuit Court Judge Mike Thornsbury accepted three guilty pleas Friday.
Vance Prater, 31, and Elmer Prater, 34, both of Edgarton, pleaded guilty to one count each of conspiracy to commit grand larceny. The duo admitted stealing several batteries and a wrench in valued in excess of $1,000.
Teddy R. Bowles, 23, of Baisden, admitted that he stole an ATV. He pleaded guilty to grand larceny.
The three men will be sentenced in April.
