Second West Virginia Super Delegate Endorses Obama.
A second West Virginia super delegate has endorsed Barack Obama over Hilary Clinton on the Democratic side for the race for U.S. President.
Congressman Nick Rahall made the announcement this afternoon. Last week U.S. Senator Jay Rockefeller announced that he would support the Illinois senator.
Two other super delegates Marie Prezioso and Belinda Biafore have endorsed Clinton.
Two others U.S. Senator Robert C. Byrd and Governor Joe Manchin have not endorsed anyone.
