Pike County Man On Trial Accused of Rape
The trial of a Phelps man accused of raping his then girlfriend’s six year-old daughter back in 2001 began Monday in Pike County Circuit Court.
The trial of Jimmy Hamilton is expected to conclude on Wednesday.
Hamilton has been charged with first degree rape.
