Pike County Circuit Court Grand Jury Indictments Released.
Thirteen people were recently indicted by a Pike County Circuit Court Grand Jury.
An indictment is only an accusation.
Mary E. Stewart Compton, 46, of Pikeville. Four separate charges.
Possession of Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, ( Class C Felony ).
Possession of Controlled Substance, 2nd Degree ( Class A Misdemeanor ).
Possession of Controlled Substance, 3rd Degree ( Class A Misdemeanor )
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, 4th Degree ( Class A Misdemeanor )

Ronnie Deaton , 39, of West Liberty , Theft by Failure To Make Required Disposition of Property ( Class D Felony ).
Accused of committing offense when he allegedly obtained two Honda welders from Pikeville Rental Center in the amount of or a value of $ 300 or more, upon an agreement or subject to a known legal obligation to make a specified payment or disposition and then did intentionally deal with said property as his own and thus failed to make the required disposition.
