Kentucky Post 9 Welcomes 10 New State Troopers.
After 23 weeks of intensive training, the first Kentucky State Police class in more than two years graduated on February 25, 2008. Ten Troopers from Cadet Class 86 reported to Pikeville-Post 9 Sunday
