Fugitive Arrested In Mingo County.
The Delbarton Police Department captured a fugitive late Wednesday night. Eric Lee Martell of Kalamazoo, Michigan is being held without bond at the Southwestern Regional Jail awaiting extradition back to the Wolverine State where he faces a third degree felony DUI charge.
Authorities say they spotted him driving a vehicle. He was apprehended on the parking lot of the Delbarton One Stop.
The Delbarton Police Department received a tip earlier this week from authorities in Michigan that the 30 year-old was in Mingo County where he has family members.
