Former Pikeville College Administrator Named President of Mississippi College
Dr. Michael K. Murphy has been named president of William Carey University in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Dr. Murphy was a former administrator at Pikeville College where he served as associate dean for clinical sciences.
In 2007, he was appointed to the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners. Murphy has been on campus working as vice president and dean of the school since January.
