Former Bank Manager Pleads Guilty
Justin Frank Moon the former North Mayo Trail Branch Manager of U.S. Bank pleaded guilty in federal court to altering bank records.
Moon was fined $ 3,000 and will serve 30 days in a federal prison.
The crime occurred two years ago.
