Mingo County Man Acquitted.
Mingo County Prosecuting Attorney Michael Sparks told us that a jury found Phillip Scott Vance not guilty that he conspired with his wife to break into his ex – wife’s home and steal jewelry. Vance testified that he had knowledge of his wife’s actions
