Members of the Prestonsburg Fire Department Says Goodbye To One Of There Own.
Members of the Prestonsburg Fire Department said goodbye to one of there own this past weekend.
36 year-old Phillip Chaffins passed away last week after a brief illness.
The Prestonsburg High Graduate was an 18 year veteran with the PFD. He was an advanced fire inspector, EMT and a hazardous materials technician.
