Letcher County Wants To Utilize Pike County Landfill
The Pike County Fiscal Court approved a measure that would allow the judge executive to negotiate a tipper fee from the Letcher County Fiscal Court.
Letcher County wants to utilize the county landfill. Currently Letcher sends its solid waste to London.
Officials told us that Letcher would haul 40 tons of trash per day .
