Former Director Of Funeral Home Pleads "Not Guilty"
Former Pike County funeral home director Richard Justice has been indicted by a grand jury on three new charges of operating a funeral home without a license and defrauding insurance companies.
Kentucky Office of Insurance officials say he pocketed more than $80,000 of pre-paid funeral arrangements. He pled "not guilty" to more than twenty counts of fraud and theft Friday...8 violations of the Fraudulent Insurance Act and 12 violations of the Kentucky Funeral Trust Act.
