Attorneys Ethical Standards Under Discussion
Following criminal charges against three former Lexington attorneys, accused of stealing more than $65-million dollars in a diet drug settlement, a group of lawyers and judges are discussing if there's more Kentucky courts can do to prevent wrongdoing by attorneys.
Kentucky's Mass Tort and Class-Action Litigation Committee are looking at issues aimed at strengthening ethics rules for lawyers.
