West Virginia's Governor Seeking Pay Raise for Teachers.
West Virginia’s regular 60 day legislative session begins Wednesday. Governor Joe Manchin says he will push lawmakers to give public teachers a pay increase.
Manchin is pushing for a three percent pay raise . Lawmakers raised teacher’s pay last year.
The governor also want lawmakers to come up with a bill to target bullying and teacher intimidation in public schools.
