NASCAR Antitrust Suit Dismissed
Yestersay, Judge William Bertelsman threw out the antitrust suit filed by the Kentucky Speedway.
The speedway alleged NASCAR conspired to leave the Sparta track, which hosts the NASCAR Busch Race, and others, out of the Nextel Cup Series.
A NASCAR spokesman says the ruling puts an end to questions about locations and dates NASCAR can operate races.
Kentucky Speedway attorney Stan Chesley says the track will appeal.
