Man Found Dead In Ditch
Sunday morning, police in Powell County say they received a call saying there was a dead body in a ditch off the side of the road, less than a mile from Slade...just a few feet from the Mountain Parkway.
When police arrived they found 22-year old Michael Flora of Mount Sterling.
An autopsy is scheduled for today to determine an official cause of death. Police say however, it appears Flora had been shot. They do not know how he got there. He was pronounced dead at the scene and the KSP is investigating.
