Logan County Watch Group Wants To Honor There Own.
Members of the Omar Area Crime Watch are currently seeking funds in order to purchase a commemorative bronze plaque to honor longtime Island Creek resident Rev. Preston Vance.
A member of the group says that Preston has gone above and beyond the call to help out the community over the last several decades.
The cost of the project is $3,000
