Johnson County Teen Back In Jail
Franklin Anthony Powers, 18, of Johnson County was released from jail on bond Thursday night. but, was arrested again on Saturday.
He was accused of shooting a BB-Gun at seveal cars and homes in the Johnson County area. Deputies say, while they were serving another warrant, Powers made threats and attempted to escape. He was charged with terroristic threatening and resisting arrest.
