Governor Beshear's Gambling Proposal
Governor Beshear is pushing for a constitutional amendment which would legalize casino gambling at horse tracks, and possibly other locations in the state.
The General Assembly would have to approve it. That decision requires ratification by voters.
Beshear says public viewing of his proposal should be ready by next month.
