ATV Trail Across Pike County Receives Funding
The Pike County Fiscal Court has set aside almost $200-thousand in coal severance funds for the possible development of an ATV trail which would span across all of Pike County, connecting to West Virginia ATV trails.
Planners say they still have to work out deals with land owners, but they believe the trail will become a reality.
Summit Engineering has already offered to help with the development, and grant funds have been provided.
