Assistant To Pike County Judge Executive Resigns.
In a press release issued late Friday, T.J. Litifik resigned as assistant to Pike County Judge – Executive Wayne T. Rutherford. The Pikeville resident says he would like to pursue other opportunities.
Litifik served as Rutherford’s campaign manager during a successful bid to unseat former Judge Executive Bill Deskins.
