Shannen Reil of West Van Lear, has been crowned the 2008 Miss Kentucky TEEN USA winner.
Miss Reil is 15-years old, and the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Reil.
The Miss Kentucky TEEN USA Pageant is a part of MISS USA and the Miss Universe organization, owned by Donald Trump and NBC Television.
