New Hospice Facility To Be Built
Hospice of the Bluegrass has announced plans to build an end-of-life facility in Perry County. It will be located next to the Hazard ARH.
Breathitt County is the latest to approve their share of the venture. Other counties involved in the effort are Perry, Knott, Letcher and Leslie County. The cost of construction is put at around 6-million dollars.
Officials say it is too early to know when construction will begin.
