Kentucky Will Make History At Inauguration
Kentucky's 58th inauguration will include an important first...the first time the governor and lieutenant governor will both be publicly sworn in by women.
Supreme Court Justice Mary C. Noble will conduct the oath of office for Governor Steve Beshear, and Chief court of Appeals Judge Sara Walter Combs will do the honors for Lt. Governor Daniel Mongiardo.
