Energy Assistance Program Ending
The last day to submit an application for the Subsidy phase of the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) will be Friday, December 14.
The program is intended to help eligible low-income consumers pay utility bill during the winter months when energy costs typically are higher.
