Drought Conditions in Kentucky Are Improving
The Environmental and Public Protection Cabinet has lifted 46 water shortage watches and warnings due to drought conditions in the state.
Water shortage warnings in Letcher and Harlan counties have been changed to a water shortage watch.
The Climate Prediction Center has indicated normal to above-normal precipitation for the next three months in Kentucky.
