Two Plead Guilty in Pike County Circuit Court.
Two people pleaded guilty in Pike County Circuit Court.
Charles Fugate of Hazard pleaded guilty to wanton endangerment and misdemeanor theft. The Pike County Commonwealth Attorney is reccomending a sentence of one year in prison.
Justin Lewis pleaded guilty to third degree assault and criminal mischief. Lewis is to serve two years of prison time and two years probation.
