Two Plead Guilty in Mingo County Circuit Court.
Two people pleaded guilty in Mingo County Circuit Court on drug charges.
Lisa Ailiff pleaded guilty to one count delivery of a controlled substance. Mingo County Prosecuting Attorney Michael Sparks is recommending a sentence of one to five years in prison.
Brenda Ball pleaded guilty to a single count of delivery of a controlled substance. Sparks is recommending a prison sentence of one to five years.
Mingo County Circuit Court Judge Mike Thornsbury will conduct the sentencing hearing in January.
