Two Pike County Men Admit To Stealing Fuel Tank.
Two Pike County men entered a guilty plea in Pike County Circuit Court. David Bentley of Dorton and Bruce Baker of Myra pleaded guilty to theft of a fuel tank.
The Pike County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office is recommending a prison sentence of three years for Bentley and a five year prison sentence for Baker. The Myra resident was charged also with being a persistent felony offender.
