Rep. Hal Rogers Announces $250K Award to Pikeville College
US representative Hal Rogers announces a $250,000 award for The US Department of Education to Pikeville College to administer the Upward Bound Program. The program teaches students math, science, literature and foreign languages. The funds will add 50 students to Pikeville College's Upward bound initiative.
