Pikeville Man Facing Several Charges.
The Pikeville Police Department apprehended a Pikeville man late last week after he is accused of breaking into Total Pharmacy Care and stealing several bottles of prescription drugs.
Toby D. Collins IV was arrested at a nearby residence after police identified the suspect after viewing the security video.
The 26 year – old was charged with third – degree burglary, first – degree criminal mischief, theft of a legend drug, theft by unlawful taking, disorderly conduct, assault on a police officer, resisting arrest and possession of burglars tools.
Collins gained entrance into the business by breaking out the window to the front door.
