Pike County Man Admits of Being in Possession With Methadone.
A Pike County man pleaded guilty to one charge of first – degree possession of methadone. Robert Caines of Varney entered the guilty plea in Pike County Circuit Court.
The Pike County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office told us that they will recommend a sentence of two years in prison and two years probation for Caines.
