Perry County Man Arrested While on Federal Probation.
A Perry County man on federal probation for drug trafficking was arrested late last week after police witnessed him selling drugs.
Phillip S. Turner, 51, of Dwarf was arrested by Operation Unite and charged with first – degree possession of a controlled substance. Turner was apprehended outside of a business located in Hazard.
Turner was sentenced in 2004 for selling Methadone, and Oxycontin..
