Logan County Woman Found Drunk at Bar With Child
A Logan County woman was found by police drunk in a bar. You say well that’s no big deal. Here is the kicker to the story. When Chapmanville police arrived at the bar, they allegedly found 35 year- old Rhonda Dingess, had a two year-old child with her. She was arrested and charged with child neglect.
