Logan City Council Names New Mayor.
Logan City Council named Serafino Nolletti as there new mayor. Former mayor Claude Ellis passed away last week
Nolletti says that he wants to continue to move the city forward. Nolletti says that he would like to find a new tenant to occupy the top facility of the Holland Lane parking building and for the city to apply for grants so they can raze several dilapidated buildings.
