Johnson County Man Pleads Guilty .
A Johnson County man accepted a plea deal from the Floyd County Commonwealth Attorney after he was found in being in possession of over 30 provocative pictures of a minor.
The Commonwealth is recommending a prison sentence of seven years Brian Gilbert of Staffordsville.
Authorities noticed the pictures in Gilbert’s vehicle after he was stopped on a routine traffic stop.
A formal sentencing hearing will be held December 27th
