Johnson County Man Accused of Killing Constable Has Trial Delayed.
The trial of a Johnson County man that is accused of killing a constable has been put on hold for now until the defendant Christopher Fairchild can undergo a mental evaluation.
Fairchild is accused of shooting Constable James Mollette in September of 2006.
A new trial date has been set for January 4th.
