Former Perry County Judge Sentenced to Six Months.
A former Perry County circuit judge was sentenced Monday to six months of prison time three years probation and fined $ 3,000.
Doug Combs pleaded guilty to one count of mail fraud.
Combs was accused of submitting fraudulent bills to a state agency to get money for himself and others.
Combs resigned in 2004.
