Floyd County Man Indicted on Drug and Firearms Charges
Billy Joe Rogers, a Floyd County Resident is facing federal charges after he was indicted by a Floyd County Grand Jury.
Rogers is accused of cultivating around 50 marijuana plants and being in possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
If convicted Rogers faces up to five years in prison and a $ 250,000 fine.
