Delbarton Man Held in Southwestern Regional Jail Without Bond.
Murder charges have been filed on a Delbarton man after he is accused of hitting and pushing an elderly man allegedly causing his death.
33 year – old Jeffrey Todd Cline was arrested . Cline is being held in the Southwestern Regional Jail without bond.
Authorities believe that Cline is responsible in the death of 79 year – old Clifford Williams.
According to a criminal complaint, Williams was attempting to break up an altercation between two females when Cline, the husband of one of the participants, allegedly attacked him.
The incident occurred in June.
