Charges Dismissed Against Martin County Man Accused of Stuffing Baby's Throat with Wipes.

Charges are dismissed in the case of a man arrested for allegedly shoving baby wipes down an infant’s throat.

The Johnson County Commonwealth’s Attorney says they expect to present the case at the Circuit Court level in mid December.

This after the 60 day limit to indict expired on the district level.

Jonathan Crum was charged with criminal abuse after police found two baby wipes lodged in eight month old Braden Childers’ throat in early September.

Police say Crum had been living with Braden’s mom , Shauna Childers, for several days before the incident occurred .
