Authorities Make Several Drug Arrests Thursday Throughout Eastern Kentucky
An 18 month investigation into the illegal purchase of prescription medications or better known as doctor shopping resulted into the arrest of 18 people early Thursday morning throughout eastern Kentucky. The arrests were made by the Kentucky State Police and Operation Unite Detectives.
The charges revolve around trafficking in various prescription pills, cocaine and methadone.
